Cookie NotesA plain guide to cookies on this site
What cookies and similar technologies are, which kinds this website relies on, and how you stay in control from your own browser.
What exactly is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store. On later requests the browser sends it back, which lets a site remember things such as a setting or keep a secure connection working. Similar tools include local storage and session storage, which hold small amounts of data inside the browser itself.
Which cookies does this website use?
Collectible Iteam Figer is built as a simple static website. Our own code does not create cookies. The table below explains each category and its status here.
| Category | Purpose | Status here |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Delivering pages securely and reliably, for example load balancing or protection set by a hosting provider. | Possible, host-level only |
| Preferences | Remembering choices such as language or layout between visits. | Not used |
| Functionality | Supporting interactive features like menus, video controls and enlarged photos. | Handled in-page, no cookie stored |
| Analytics | Measuring visits and behavior across pages. | Not used |
| Advertising | Building interest profiles and tracking visitors across websites. | Not used |
Why might an essential cookie still appear?
Some hosting platforms set a strictly necessary cookie to route traffic or defend against abuse. These cookies keep the site working, do not identify you for marketing, and generally expire quickly. Because they are needed to deliver the page, they cannot be switched off from within the website.
How do the menu, video and gallery work without cookies?
The mobile menu, turntable video controls and photo enlargements run with a small local script that only reacts to what you click on the current page. Nothing is saved to your device, so each visit starts fresh.
What about optional technologies in the future?
If we ever add an optional technology — for example a preference memory or an embedded media player from another provider — we will update these notes first and describe what it stores and why. Optional technologies would not be required to browse the site.
How can I control cookies in my browser?
Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies. Blocking all cookies may affect other websites you use, but this site’s pages will continue to display.
